I am 5'3 and i love my height. more short than tall. i like short :)
Im over weight and have been since i was a baby. Not quite sure why but…im also short so its even worse. I weigh 200 lbs at the moment and i am 5'3. i weighed 220 last April then dropped 40 lbs by starving myself then gained 20 back and havent dropped nor gained any.
Monday (Cardio+Abs)- Torso twist 20x
Cork screw 12x
Criss-cross x20
Side plank- 30 sec. each side
Teaser 20 sec. 3x
Tuesday (Cardio+Legs)- Single leg front raise 30x
Hamstring kickboxing 20x
Diamond kick 20x
Hot potato 20x
Repeat
Wednesday (Cardio+Arms)- Tricep dip in reverse plank 20x
Chest press pulses 30x
Pushups 10x
Cobra pushups 10x
Inverse shoulder press 10x
One legged Cobra Pushups 10x
Thursday (Cardio+Abs/Waist)- Pike plank dip 10x each side
Candle stick dipper 10x each side, last 10 sec
Hip twist 20x taps
Cobra toe taps 10x each leg
